Yes, this is correct. Once the maintenance is complete, the server will be back up and serving pages like normal. We will keep this post updated.

Is this a regular maintenance or one a sudden one? Just like to know whether I should be aware of planned maintenance?

This is an unscheduled maintenance. All scheduled maintenance will posted days before the maintenance is to occur.

The only solution I found to such a temporary server outage was half a bottlle of irish whiskey. Once recovered, the server is up again. Thanks.
