Outage: Gator449

Gator449 is currently having array issues. We are working on this server now to get it back up ASAP. We will update this post as soon as we have more info.

The server lost 2 drives from the array and is unable to boot. We are having new drives placed in the server and we are going to restore from our last Sunday backups.

We are also moving the failed drives to an unused server to see if we can recover any data at all.

All drives and raid controller have been replaced to make sure this doesn't happen again. We are working to restore backups at this time.

At this point we are about 40% done transferring user accounts from the back up server to the gator449. I will reply again once we are at about 75% done with the server.

The transfer is about 75% complete at this time. Please try to refrain from putting in tickets until the rsync is complete. I will reply once the rsync is fully finished.

The last few accounts appear to be very large, at this time it is about 90% complete. I will reply again when it is finished. Thank you all for your patience.

The final account has been restored. Thanks for your patience on this, the last few accounts had a lot of files to restore.
