Out of hell into the sunshine

I have been involved in ISP, Mobile companies, phone companies, Hosting companies for years and I have never experienced the quality of service from any of these as I have with Host Gator. I have recently experienced a major disaster with my last hosting company when everything fell apart and they could not fix it and just said "we are closing down you have to move" (they had been in business for 11 years and had a very good rep on the net) most of the sites where not working properly, emails were down, I was getting hammered by my clients. They did not answer tickets or their phones, just silence. Not a happy time.
I decided to go to Hostgator as I had several sites running here for some months without a hitch. This was like night and day, I had stepped out of hell into the sunshine.
Their promise to move the sites was 100% correct and I could not believe the standard of service, most of the sites moved perfectly with the emails and everything intact. So much so that a lot of my clients had no idea it had happened, it was so seamless. With some sites that moved there were a couple of problems which were inherent from the old host and the support staff at Host Gator not only found the bugs but fixed them.
They kept me informed every step of the way, the tickets were answered in good time with spot on answers.
Unfortunately I do not think I can mention names, but one particular consultant was outstanding and deserves a bonus and an "Ambassador medal"
