A friend of ours is a hosting client for years now at HG, that's how we know HG.
Since October 2006 we have the reseller package with HG, at first the aluminium and in February we did an upgrade to the copper plan. In July this year we finaly said goodbye to the company in Holland and transfered all accounts to the HG server. I must say, we only had downtime with a reason and a very good reason which is of course OK!!! And a minimum downtime, it's unbelievable. No bad service, no unprofessionality of the staff and no false excuses for a downtime or other problems. That is what we were used to in Holland with the company we worked with. I'm glad that is over ![]() Our customers (we almost lost some because of the hosting troubles in Holland) are very happy now! Only minimum downtime for in example a cPanel upgrade or like today the re-enabeling of X3 ![]() If I have a question or I think something is wrong I email to support and I get a good answer back!!! Even questions about scripts if a customer has a problem are answered, they really want to help solving any problem, even if it is an unknown script, they can and will look at it! 24/7 they are there. In other words, we thought it was time that we said that we are very satisfied with HG! |
