Other Gator219ers? Download issues?

Hello,

New here, just signed up around the 9th I think, support has been good and quick... But Gator219 (where my site is hosted) is always extremely slow for me. 8KB/s download, upload is normal for my connection at 50-60KB/s. I have spoken with support and they have traced it down to some level3.net router in Chicago. The download speeds were good for about 1 day, then they went down low for a day, then back up again and now have been low for the past 4-5 days. I figure level3.net would have fixed their problem by now??? HG support provided me with a traceroute isolating the problem to
ae-3.ebr1.Chicago1.Level3.net losing 71% of its packets, but my traceroutes to oceanbreezegames.com don't go that route, I guess thats why my upload is good.

Anyways, is anyone else out there on Gator219? What are your download speeds like and where approx. are you located. If you are on Gator219, whats your site url so I can check it out?

If the url to that file fails, its because I am going to be removing it after enough people have tried it and responded.

edit: Please note, I don't believe the issue is with hostgator, I just want to find out if people from other areas around the US and Canada are having any routing issues like I am so I can see how this would be affecting my customers from various locations.
