Not sure where this goes, but since I have a shared business account, I figured this be my best option. My apologies if I am incorrect.
My question is this: I am using Osticket for my email ticketing system for one of my websites. I have everything running smoothly. I am curious about one thing. I have it set up to where the outgoing email address is different then the incoming..kind of like hostgator. However, is there a way to do it in osticket, so when a customer responds to a ticket via email instead of clicking on the link, it will update that existing ticket instead of creating a new ticket? For instance, when they reply, it will show the email address as 123456@domain.com like hostgator does. If not, I can always implement a donotreply email, but I rather it be as simple as possible for all my clients. Thanks. |
