Im just trying to get ssl activated, read to contact support so jumped on php-live. "Account areas need activation"** You are now speaking with Lea, Support / Sales. ** Securition : Hello lea, can you please answer my question about SSL Lea : yes Lea : yes Lea : yes Lea : yes Securition : can you activate it please on hawkedge.com Securition : hello? Securition : Your party has left this session. Marvelous what is going on?????????? This is the worst service I've seen in years and it comes as a shock since it's been great in the past Can somebody please shed some light into what lea thinks she's doing? |

Spoke to the YIM assistant, sent me off to Sales@hostgator.com great.. wrong dept now mailed support@hawkedge.com Cmon guys are you ignoring me hear? |

SSL issue now resolved, still nothing on why I failed to recieve the support and was ignored.
Today site was exposed for 30minuites, all domains and subdomains displayed everyfile, all confidential info was at risk. Have we made a wrong choice here? is any1 listeneing? you guys used to

No one ignored you. You used phplive which is very buggy and crashes for many people.
For support issues please email support@hostgator.com sales is for sales and billing issues.

Yes we have used phplive many times in the past and this error is new to us. There should be a warning stated before entering the chat.
And so far I dont understand what is going on, we cannot allow allow our records to be left exposed as they were. And I have contacted support several times with regards to this. |
