Support,

I am wondering if someone can look into why my bandwidth & my webstats on my reseller package hasn't refreshed since April 26th.

It's been over a week and nothing has changed.

Has anyone else noticed this by looking on there WHM manager under the link (View Bandwidth Usage). All of my hosted websites under my reseller package don't even have a month for May yet in the (Webstats)!

Wierd...

Someone please look into this. I already dropped off a ticket, waiting for an explanation.

Support,

I have posted replies using the same ticket several times in the past few days, and I am still having the same problems. Keep my ticket open please until you fix this issue. Sent another email today, getting frustrated.

Now the bandwidth & Webstats are outdated by almost 2 weeks!

Fix this please!

I will see what I can find out about this for you. If you have submitted a ticket, I assure you it is being looked into. If I find out anything, I will post hre.

Thanks for staying on this issue. Most of the sites are working as normal again showing current webstats & bandwidth.

Not all the websites on my reseller plan are showing bandwidth usage & webstats up to date.

I'll post again once things are fully done, from at least my point of view.

Well I haven't checked all of the domains under my reseller hosting plan.
But I feel confident that if you found the problem to fix it on one domain that all are more than likely fixed.
