One month review ... so far so good

Pros
- consistently GREAT response times vs other shared hosts I've tried
- reliable Wordpress install (saw endless Internal Server Errors on last host)
- quick and helpful support staff, both via tickets and live chat (one poor live chat experience)
- great value for high level of resources
- reliable IMAP email hosting (zero downtime)

Cons
- brief outage due to flood attack on Day 4
- couple of "connection was reset" errors while working with my site
- brief outage due to heavy server load

Blown away with site response time at all hours. Pleased to see that all the features here actually work! Past host had parts of CPanel non-functioning. Also should say that support has been above average and have never failed to come through.

While I wish I hadn't seen the outages or error messages, it would be nitpicky of me to say that it has ruined my experience. Know that dedicated is the only way to deal with my concerns, but that's quite a jump in cost.

Here's hoping the outages are kept to a minimum and the zippy load times continue!
