One Amazing Place

This place 100% Rocks. I have a reseller account and been super happy. The couple times I've had problems, I contact Host Gator via the chat. If I cant get to someone via chat (only happened once) I call, and bam, 3am my time, i have a real person on the phone, how kick ass is that? It doesn't matter what time it is it seems, they are there! and My problems get fixed within 10mins. MySQL crashed while i was working on a clients site, i jump on chat, within 2 mins, Lea fixed it, Restarted MySQL, all is good.

Host Gator also keeps things up to date. Updating MySQL and Cpanel when it's needed and expected.



The support from this place is amazing. I've read bad reviews from others about the support and 80% of the time, it's clear that those people just want to cause problems or it's their own fault. Specially those that can't install their own scripts, if you're going to have a .com (or whatever extension) then learn HTML at least and learn how to setup scripts, its VERY VERY SIMPLE if you take the time to read the Install instructions. If you can install (without Fantastic) something like PHPBB, or YaBB message-board, you can install anything. Learn how to CHMOD and upload in ASCII and Binary. Take you just a few hours, seriously, do it



Anyways, now I'm ranting. Once again, been with this place for 2 months now and I've completely loved it. Moving my clients to my servers and making the previous hosting company I had them with look like a bunch of assmonkeys thanks to Host Gators great services and customer support.

The only problem i have is not being able to get eNom API working with WHMAutopilot, but it's not a Host Gator Issue (cause it's not their program or registration company), its ........probably a me issue .

I remember some posts of you about the eNom problems. If you want you can give an update of the problems you are still experiencing, in one of those threads. Maybe JZ can help you out, he has good knowledge of eNom stuff.
