Is there anyone else here on Omni?
My patience is wearing thin with the constant e-mail problems and I am curious if anyone else on Omni has the same problems? |

I noted this last time I had an issue with e-mails last week and did not get a response from HGS, I noticed once again that "Disk sda3 (/usr)" is at 98%.

Ask HG to move your accounts to another server if you're having unsolvable issues...

The issues with /usr were resolved already. If any issues still remain, please email support.

I get the feeling that e-mailing HGS is a complete waste of an e-mail.
I submitted my e-mail to HGS before creating this thread yesterday and I get an e-mail @ 11:30PM with a response of not being able to duplicate the problem. If you know about this problem why am I getting a response of ignorance rather an explaination of the problem. I can accept the fact that problems occur, I can not accept the fact that it takes 13+ hours to get a response to my problem and a pass the buck excuse. Just out of curiosity, what time was this /usr problem corrected? I find it interesting that the e-mail reply yesterday is whithin minutes of your post. Now that I think about it, this seems to be the usual response when submitting a request, fix the problem, e-mail the customer with a response of "we are unable to duplicate the problem". I am feed up with these e-mail problems, I have requested trouble tickets just about every week for the last five weeks trying to resolve e-mail problems. If these e-mail problems don't go away I will........... |
