How often is the CPU usage updated

Hi,

I've just used loadimpact.com on my domain hosted by hostgator to see how fast it is. I expected, that after doing this I will see more than 2 "processes running" and a bit higher CPU usage, but I didn't - it still shows "2 processes running" and 0.1% of CPU usage.

So, the question is: how often is this information updated?

I want to host more domains on hostgator, but I need to know how much CPU/processes does my current domains use, so I will not exceeed the limits.

The shared servers are quite powerful, but you can run TOP from SSH connection to see your load.
