officially a customer...2 questions.
1. I purchased a hosting account a few days ago. I am officially a gator. I was under the impression there are other forums that are made available to customers, but I can't seem to find them. Is there anything I need to do (activate etc) to gain access? Do they even exist?! 2. My welcome email states, "Your reseller account includes the ability to use private nameservers or the nameservers listed above." -can anyone school me quickly on what private nameservers are, and why, or why not, I would use them. Thanks gator folk! sime
