Office internet outage

Our Houston office is currently in outage. We are in contact with our uplink to localize and resolve the problem. Currently there is no ETA. This will adversely affect our phone & chat support wait times and connectivity. Thank you for your patience.

At this time the houston office is experiencing a full internet outage causing chat and phones to have delayed wait times. We have offsite crews coming on now to assist with this and we are working to correct the outage.

This does not effect any servers as it is just the office. We will keep you updated as we proceed with repairs

As of right now service has been restored but is questionable. Wait times for chats and phones are back within normal thresholds of under 1 minute each.

Once we know the problem with our uplink provider is fully resolved we will update this thread.

Again, this does not effect any servers as it is our office internet connection which has no affiliation with our datacenter uplink providers.

We have been outage free since my last post and have confirmed with our uplink provider that we should no longer experience any problems.

The outage at our office was caused due to systems upgrades that required server reboots at our ISP. This is why we seemed to go off and on for a short period of time.

Once again thank you for your understanding in any delays that might have occurred when contacting us and although rare, it sadly has to happen. It goes along with doing business 24/7/365 that those random middle of the night upgrades will hit us
