I don't know the structure of your company, but I feel is not professional.
It's not very common for me to request your support, this is my 5th year with a shared or reseller account. This week I have need support and the big problem is that you don't offer continuity in any area of your company. The first time I send you email, you answer with a ticket number and after that an answer from HG, then If I reply two or three times such ticket number I see three different signatures and may be three different people that cannot remember what are we talking about. ![]() And I feel like an idiot and get angry writing you again all that I have said from the beginning. Please go to http://www.kayako.com and buy a professional support system to be a professional company. |

always reply to an email rather then creating a new one so we know what you are talking about. When you create a new email it opens a new ticket and nobody will know.
