Default NS 127 & 128 down again

Hi
I have been losing my sites over the weekend and now today. I am told HG are aware but I still wait.
These are actually the first times it has happened in a year to best of my knowledge.

One of the drives in this server is going bad which is causing the IO to spike to 100%. We are working on the server at this time which should be done in about 1 hour. I want to make sure it passes a full file system check before we bring it online.

I guess the 1 hour estimate was a bit optimistic.

The server is still not fixed. Mail is inaccessible and probably lost. This is ridiculous.... (Hope this means that we get the upgrade.)

Yes, that would be good. An upgrade would help heal the pain.

Just a note on estimates. They only give estimates to make people feel better. There really is no way to know how long something will be done. They just do the best they can to bring it up.

OK, but in the past 12 hours about 8-10h was downtime.

Yes, that would be bad. I do suggest that you check with chat support and make sure they actually know there is still a problem.
