Neutral Not happy with value-for-money...

I've been with hostgator now for a bit over a year now.. and everything has been fine.. until recently...

I recently went to check their website for pricing for an account for a colleague, to find that the "baby" account was now 100GB of disc space (up from 5GB) and 1,000GB of bandwidth (up from 75GB). I was most-pleased.. so I logged in to check my account on cpanel... only to find that it was still listing me as 5GB of disc space...

So I emailed tech support to ask when I should expect to be upgraded, only to be told that they were doing it, but there's no time frame..

Well.. it's been about 6 months since I asked the question, and so far, nothing has been done.

I can't help but feel I'm getting ripped off as new clients get the extra space/bandwidth, but existing customers like myself are stuck with the old amounts (and still paying the same $$$)..

Oh well.. looks like I'll be advising people to go elsewhere..
