Not Happy with Host Gator

My account was suspended last night. It is a new account which was purchased last week. The reason it was suspended was because I sent out an email to the members of my forums last night wishing them a Merry Christmas and also informing them of some updates to the forum. I sent out an email last week once the forum was up to let the members know it was up again and did not get suspended. I have received a ticket saying that my account has been unsuspended but I am still unable to access the forums. That was several hours ago. I was unaware of the 200 email per hour limit. I apologized and said I wouldn't do that again. I have talked in chat to support, in tickets and on the phone and still I am unable to access my forums though my account is unsuspended. I have been informed that the only way to handle this is through tickets. Well I also am not able to log into the ticket area. I have to reply to the tickets through email. I have never ever had any account suspended at any other place I have had hosting with during the last several years. I will be moving my stuff away from host gator ASAP and informing friends not to use them. I run recovery sites for those who seek help with addictions and I can't have this happening. Host Gator was very highly recommended over at vbulletin and I am very disappointed.

This is the Merry Christmas I got today. I am sad also.

No, I was referring to http://www.cyberchristianrecovery.com/forums/ . I bought the domain name and purchased hosting for it with Host Gator last week. I moved an old forum I had to it last week also. After the forum being down for around 11 or 12 hours it was finally back up. I put in a request to cancel hosting for cyberchristianrecovery.com yesterday after all of this. I may eventually switch the site you referred to above to a different host also because I can't be having the downtime dued to suspensions. Both sites are for helping those who are seeking help and support with addictions. I need to have hosting that I can depend on. I have always been able to send out mass emails from both sites when using other hosting with no problems. I have never been suspended with any other hosting I have had. I wish it wasn't this way but it is. Thanks for your help.
