Not a good first impression ...

It has been almost 36 hours since I signed up to the forum, and even after emails I have no access except this forum. Not a good impression of service for a new customer I tell you!!

I am having issues with my site and it seems I can't even search the forum for answers since they won't properly activate me!

It takes a while to be activated on the fourms.

For support you should request chat or email support@hostgator.com.

As a follow up to this matter my partner and I got our account activated 39 hours later. It was probably mostly because it is Easter. But just in future, a warning that sometimes activation on the forum could take longer than specified. So don't get all hot under the collar like we did

Yeah, It took em' a week to activate me, only happened after I finally emailed support.

I was activated after 48 hours, seemed longer because I wanted to get some information off the forum.
