This is the only company I have found that suspends all your domains instead of a warning and don't tell me breaks down the server there are methods to find out what is causing that and stop it instead of whole account. Anyway really don't care if you reply I won't see it but if you just disable accounts without any notice or even try to fix it then this is no trusted service. For business I would stay away. I would be happy even to upgrade to a dedicated here if that was needed but not take down all the websites in my account. At least you must respond fast to urgent tickets like account suspended and not take 1 day with all websites not working.

So my advice is if you want to host something really important search for another service.

We usually do not suspend an account unless there was either malicious activities from the account, or multiple locations in you site which were causing high load. Do you the abuse ticket number?

ps. for new signup, suspension is due to account verification require.
call hostgator to active account will solve this.
