Non Nude site

I want to know if Non Nude website are permitted on HostGator.
example: *removed*
TOS: *removed*

If such site are allowed then does anyone know of one that is hosted with HostGator


Of course I'm talking about legal content that you would likely find on myspace and such. Thanks

A lot of the material on the linked site would not be allowed here. Unfortunately we would not be able to accept this.

No, I do not have anything to do with that site. I was browsing Alexa for a new niche and this content interest me as those type of picture is easy find.

According to http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/2256.html there is nothing illegal in this type of content.

LOL, First I don't own that web site. You can remove the link for all I care.
Second, why would I want to spam in a forum where people are only here for help / answer / etc..

We have the right to refuse service for anything that we personally deem inappropriate whether or not there is a loophole in the law that allows this kind of content to be posted online.

This was discussed with other members of management before my initial response to this thread.
