No permission to edit profile/avatar etc.? + section in forum for existing customers?

(1) Firstly, I can't change my avatar, profile etc. Says:

"Azam.com, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. "

Do I have to post a certain no. of times before I can ammend my profile etc.?

(2) Will there be a section in these forums for existing clients to swap ideas, post concerns etc.? I think it would be a great idea.
