No help and support is slow!

I opened a ticket and received no response. Live chat doesn't work and I keep getting hung up on the phone. Why did I make such a mistake to join. Stay away if you ask me.

The current problems are not a good indication of service here. Live Chat is a third party program and HG has no control over it. Not sure about the phone problems. It is also a pretty new system and has had some problems in the last week or so. The new ticket system seems to be the biggest problem for some right now.

I have to agree with Rick. In all my experiences with support here I can only give them nothing but praise. I've never waited longer than a minute in LiveChat, and every ticket I've turned in has been replied to and taken care of very promptly.

I apologize with the trouble you are experiencing with us. Our ticket system is new and has some major issues that need to be dealt with. Do you have a ticket id for your problem? If so please send it to me, I can alert our admins to look at this ticket in a timely manner.

Live chat can't solve my problem, so i need to talk with system admins.

error 500 using php4 (with and without .htaccess), two live chat agents tried to solve it, but they can't

And ssl?

Write a support ticket and a system admin will reply to it. I had one of my tickets from early this morning answered right now by a system admin even though it didn't need one.

i wrote two ticket , 2 days ago.. and I'm waiting for response.
in my account..
php4 only works with https
php5 only works with http

I need both using php4

Well what I would do is start a live chat and politely ask the status of your ticket. Maybe you sent it to the wrong group.

I sent mine to support but it was supposed to go to sales so when I asked the status they told me and changed the group and then like 5 minutes later I had my answer. Who knew that sales generates the CSR for ssl certificates...
