No Good Deed Will Go Unnoticed
I can gladly say now that I have been a HostGator customer for over a year.
1+ year of excellent service. Today I had to resolve an issue that had to do renewing my site's SSL certificate. Due to the nature of the web site this was a critical issue. Within less than 3 hours since I discovered the problem, HostGator was able to solve the problem to my 100% satisfaction. This is thanks to the patience of Daniel Sa. at the live chat and Dwayne S. at the ticket support system. Incredible response time and speed of delivery! Once again HostGator receives from me 10 out of 10. This is how every business (including mine) should operate.
