No Email

Is Ferrari having issues because I've had NO email for a full 24 hours now.

I sent out a trouble ticket at 5:42 PM Pacific yesterday and received nothing back, so I resent it from an off-gator account to which I was told not to send multiple tickets. I sent a request for update this morning again because nothing has been heard since and I'm still not receiving any emails on any of my accounts but one.

I suppose I'd be getting complaints if my mail WAS working, so at least there is some upside to this.

Did you try to email your HG account from your non HG account?

Yes, and all the emails are going into a black hole. Nothing received, nothing on the server side, no webmail, nothing.

The messages are sent, they aren't bouncing back and they are not going to the inboxes on the HG accounts.

This is a problem that I cannot resolve on my own. Everything has been tried to solve it from this end and as a computer tech with 20 years in the field, I can tell you it's an HG mail issue.

I have had the same problem as you before. A forum member had emailed me and it took a few days to get to me. After about 24 hours they got an email that I think said something like the message was delayed.

Well, it's been a good 24 + hours since I did the first test message and no, not even a message in queue reply. I'm not sure where the messages are going or if I'll ever get the ones between yesterday AM and now, but they sure aren't showing up anywhere that I can find.

It took around 48 hours for me.. I think I got all emails, but they were delayed.

I seem to be experiencing the same thing on infinity.
