No email in and out on infiniti

My sites on infiniti don't seem to be sending or receiving email, from 07:30GMT 28 Dec until now, 09:20GMT 28 Dec.
Is anyone else experiencing problems?

I have had several individual customers having problems with sending email on selected accounts. Emailed support about it and they claimed there is no problem, but I know that all of my clients haven't changed their configuration in the last 2 days by themselves. Most of them don't even know where to find the settings to change them.

The matter was resolved after a few hours by support, but they didn't tell me what was wrong.

Mails which appeared to be lost, showed up some hours later.
