No confirmation email

Hi

Do you ever reply to emails which are sent to you. I have just sent my 4th email to you and I suspect you will not reply to it.
I have just found this forum and hope I will get a reply this time.Maybe you consider them as spam and just block them?? Thats a thought.!

Well lets start again. I have purchased a Hatchling account last Thursday 16th and it got past through my visa account on the 17th Feb. I have emailed 4 times including today and I am getting a bit Pi*** off not getting any respose from you.

I hope to day I will get a reply.

I can't put my email address in an open fourm So I hope you reply to this so that I may email you .

If your not getting any reply back from HG, even submiting a request either to sales or support means your ISP or whom ever you have your email with is blocking it.
There is an automated reply back for all emails sent to HG, if you don't get one of there automated replys, there blocked some where....
I can tell you aol and yahoo accounts are bad for this.

The replies are automated, as TeeJa said, so you should call or email from a different account. Each time you send an email, HG hits you right back with an automated reply.

I can also say that even if you're not on aol or such, the replies to you may be getting trashed! I found mine buried in the trash after wainting about 2 hours for my initail purchase of a shared account. When I signed in for getting the rest of the forums opened up to me, that return email also got trashed and I accidentally deleted it, so now I've got to figure out how to get on the rest of the forums.

Check your email filter....dig around and you might find those replys!

I have a spam scanner on my server that gets rid of most of the really junk spam, the rest show up in Thunderbird under Junk and the three or four I get a day on my 5 email accounts are easy to sort through. You might look to see if you have a white list and put HG on it.
