Hostgator provides, IMHO, the best Support of any Hosting company I have worked with. I've been in IT for nearly 23 years now <groan> so I feel there is some credibility to my input. I deal with Support on many levels from a variety of Vendors all the time...they should do as well.

If there exists any (slight) annoyance, it's having to pay for a dedicated IP. Other than that, I am thoroughly satisified.
