You can try Worldcast, downloaded at www.fairlogic.com. Its a freeware, with an option to purchase.

Cheers

I use and have used Dada Mail (formerly Mojo) for the last 5+ years:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mojomail

I agree with Serra that sending PDF's out isn't a great idea, unless your customers are expecting them. You could have 2 lists set up, one for attached PDF's and another for a linked PDF.

Forgot to save, in Dada mail, it is under the Advance send options.

I would suggest that you suggest to your client that they warn people when they sign up for the newsletter that they will be receiving attachments, just as a reminder to the client.

I have a client that I'm working on a site for that wants to do the same thing, set up an e-mail list so they can e-mail out their pottery catalog instead of mailing it out. We haven't gotten far enough along in the process to see what they have decided, but I'm recommending the "link." We'll see what they do.

Either case, I think you'll be pleased with Dada mail, I'm using it with at least 4 or 5 of my customers.

Talking Re: Newsletter Application & Attachment

I have already explained them the outcomes, but they end up showing me some mail with attachment :-D

Many clients do undestand but for some, they (client) FEEL, they are up-to-date in IT & know everything :-)
