newer version of zend optimizer not supported?

In my previous thread, I asked if remote url was possible so that I can use instadigi
It definitely was, and I signed up for the 12.99/month account
However, now I face a problem because the zend optimizer is version 1.3 and I can't make instadigi script work without version 2.

Is there any solution for this problem?

Yes we have it set up on our server for the low price of...

Actually put in a polite support request to see if HG could update the version for you on the server you are on support[at]hostgator.com
