Just moved over from 1and1.co.uk who's support was appaling.
I was paying £10/month with only 2MySql's. I asked for a few more.....
"Yes sir but you will have to pay another £10/month!!"

Anyway thats one of the reasons I moved, the support here is pretty good......so far :-)

I wanted to know how long it takes for HG to transfer my sites from 1and1?. I filled in the form 2days ago. My main site is built around Wordpress 2.3 Mysql5 I hope that is not going to give any probs. I would try and tackle it myself but.....I am not the best at databases.

As 1&1 don't use cPanel it may take longer than normal
