Default Newbie questions

We have set up a simple site using site studio for our bike club, wanderersmcc.com.
We need to add photos, but we want the archive to contain 'folders' to collections of pics, rather than just pic after pic, and with out having loads of links down the side of every page pointing to other groups of pics, any ideas?
Also on our links page, we would like the links to other club site to be an image of the club logo rather than a text link with a 'dead' pic next to it, is this possible?
Cheers for any help.
These aren't the usual type of 'engines' we deal with.

If you install something like Coppermine, or another gallery app, you will have a lot more functionality.

Yes, I switched from Coppermine to Gallery 2... quite happy.

I have to recommend G2 also as I have used it on many sites over the years and haven't found another gallery with as many features. Haven't used Coppermine in quite some time so I really can't compare other than what I have seen from others.
