Newbie who loves the support from host gator!

I am still pretty green about most web stuff, basically I know enough to get myself in *deep* trouble. This happened this past week while trying to install osCommerce, a template, and then modify it. I was contacting the HG support several times a day, over several days, and they were always very patient and kind. They never made me feel like I was a bother. In the end, I asked them to refresh my cPanel so I could start from scratch. Hopefully I'll get it right this time.

Just wanted to share my experience with others who are new to this stuff and may be hesitant about getting the support they need to move forward. I have been extremely pleased with host gator's support!
