Love the support. Excellent.
 But I do have one beef tho... why is the primary domain change costs $5? I don't get it. I have a Godaddy account and they don't charge anything when you want to change it! Only reason I keyed in a primary domain on signup is because it asked me. If I knew that wil happen I wouldn't have done so.

Welcome to HostGator! I'm sorry about the inconvenience and confusion with the primary domain name.
We do need one to setup your account or otherwise the account would be unusable. At HostGator, changing your primary domain name is a manual process that does require the particular employee to invest some time in making the change happen.
