Newbie basic question about Templates

I didn't think I was a newbie because I have played around with Dreamweaver
and the Adobe Suite a little bit, but I am starting to feel like a pre-newbie,
cause I can't even figure out how to use the templates on HG.

I downloaded a template,
then I thought I could just open up the main HTML files in Dreamweaver CS4, and alter everything there.
But I soon found out the linked images in the index.html files don't actually have the PSD source files assosiated with them. So altering the templates got a little tougher for me.

I checked the PSD folder that was included in the download of the template,
and it has the PSD images of the entire indexed pages, not the individual PSD image files.
How do I go about altering the images.
And if I try to use the Flash version, can I alter the images in Flash?

I'm sorry if these questions are too basic,
but I am really trying to learn how to do this,
and I don't know where else to turn.
Could someone please help me to at least get started,
and possibly suggest where I need to look to help me get a better understanding of all of this?

When I click on the links that gwyneth provided I get this error message:

g66, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

As she mentioned, the pages are not in the public section of the forum so you will not be able to see them until your forum account is activated. That can take a bit longer on the weekend but you should be activated soon.

...assuming s/he has purchased an account, and isn't just curious about the threads.
