Default New user, reseller question

hi,
Just signed up for a reseller package. I followed the instructions and set up new package. Cannot 'add new account' states 'can not open account due to unlimited bandwidth' ?? Lost me there. I can add packages. Even changed the disk space on the package to whatever I want it to be. What is the difference between 'package' and 'accounts' ? I added ftp'd some files to it and I can see them. www.microgroup.biz Thanks, Mike

On reseller packages, you have to provide space and bandwidth limits in a package. Rellers can't oversell, so you need to have packages that fit in our current space/bandwidth for the reseller account. For example, if you have 10gigs of bandwidth, then you can sell 10 1 gig accounts.

Once the package is setup correctly, you will be able to add accounts using that package.

When you create a package you specify how much diskspace, bandwidth etc. it has. Then you create an account and set it to use a package. That sets the limits to the account. Later, if you need, you can move an account from one package to another.
