We have recently migrated over from Cerberus to Kayako for our Helpdesk to better serve our customers.

The new Support Center is located at http://support.hostgator.com/

The username/password for the new helpdesk is the same as your Billing Area email/password so please be sure to login with that.

1. Add a link in the 'previous' support page to the 'new' support page
2. Add reciprocal links to the forum and the 'new' support page
