My only concern is on well calibrated monitors that green is just too bright, it hurts ones eyes.

On my laptops it is more bearable but form a crt stance way to bright of a green.

I like it, generally, but I'm a bit confused about the right hand section - what is it there for? if removed, it would fit on 1024x768 screens without horizontal scroll. It wouldn't require much more work to make it fit on 800x600 screens, which is even more inclusive. Perhaps you could have the page centered on the open window, as are these forums.

To be able to check what it looks like in those sizes, add bookmarks to your favorites/bookmarks called something descriptive, with the target javascript:void(window.resizeTo(1024,768)) or javascript:void(window.resizeTo(800,600)) that will change the size of the current window when clicked.

I like the layout and even the color theme. However, if one insists on using bright neon colors, I'd tone them down for any hover or link over effects. Rather than keep the same neon green for hover over link area effects, tone it down to something a little less bright or more neutral. The white text gets lost and while you can still see the text, it's annoyingly bright and even painful to the eyes.

Navigation (except for the bright neon hover) is very clear and obvious. The site is fluid and all the information I'd expect seemed to be there.
