New Setup Wait Time Question

Hi all . . newbie here.

How long does it usually take for a sales email to be answered? I need to change my order before I can pay. When I asked the live chat people they said it will take up to 3 hours for a response. It's past the 3 hours so I thought I would ask here.

I really need to get the ball rolling with this one. I wanted to simply cancel the other one and just order the full year but I was told to email sales instead and have them change it. Please advise what would be the fastest way to proceed.

You could try calling and asking for sales. BTW, this is a peer forum so HG sales doesn't necessarily check it.

BTW . . Is there a forum I'm not seeing that would be better to post in? Since I haven't actually purchased yet, I felt this was the most logical place.

Hi guys. Thought I would give you an update so far. Calling the 800 number definitely helped. Thanks for the advice. I talked to a very nice gentlemen and he sent a request to the proper channels and at 10pm I had my ticket fixed.

The only thing that bothers me is that I was told I couldn't use the 20% off my static IP addition. I'm confused by this as the coupon states it can be used off the initial order and the IP addition is part of my initial order.

I've searched the site and haven't found any fine print or exclusions for using the coupon. Am I just not seeing it?

Anyway, I'm back to waiting for a reply. I'm making progress though!!
