Default New Reseller - Setup Account in WHM

Hi...
Sorry to post here..I do not have access to the other forums yet.

I have setup private nameservers - ns1.mydomain.com..on my main domain.

when setting up new account in whm:
In the DNS Settings - should I select (tick) this option?
"Use domain registry nameservers
(ignore locally configured ones)"

Does it matter if i leave this option to the default nameservers?

Thanks!

No-- if you're doing a standard hosting situation, which is letting your Hostgator server handle DNS, email, everything, you don't want to check that box.

If you have an external DNS management service or any other special arrangement (you'd likely know if you did) you may want to check that box.

You need support to change the DNS zone templates.
