So I have started noticing this new cookie cutter design for webhosting resellers, see http://globalwebbrands.com/
anyone know who the primary host is and where they are getting these accounts from?

You are right ... This is from resellerspanel.com which is owned by a company out of the UK called LIquidNet LTD
