NEW/OLD Ticket trouble

Hello,
I'm not sure which forum to post this...

In regards to ticket QMU-504085, I cannot log into the ticketing system and I receive the following error:
"Could not find your email address in our system"

In any case the problem in my ticket has resolved (DNS issues with my ISP), so please close/delete the ticket and close/delete this thread if you deem necessary.
