Default New member since yesterday, mysql error

Hello,

I signed up with the Baby Croc plan yesterday, was hoping that the site would be transfered and operationat by the time I wake up but it's been 16hours and the site is giving mysql errors. In the meanwhile, I managed to fix the forum database error myself but for the site, I have no idea how to do it. A full backup was made by HG tech's.

Because of this, I have not changed the dns to HG but am using my old host still.

Because of the full backup, my account name was changed also. But I can not seem to change it in the forum settings. It says I don't have enough permissions.

I also noticed another thing. Is there no way for a user to assign the priority of a ticket? Right now my site is still down because of an database error and the ticket has a low priority. If a clients site is down, shouldn't the priority be a tad higher than "low"?

Alright, I have fixed the problem myself. I'm a pretty newbie guy when it comes to the server and database stuff but after a little reading I have found that the tutorials and FAQ's on HG site are pretty good.

good to hear you fixed up problem yourself. Ah, the great learning curve, eh?

Tell you what, it never stops, the learning curve that is.

And sure, HG support IS good compared to many, many, most other companies I've dealt with over several years.

Also this forum is pretty good too, I find most solutions here and rarely have to ticket support.
