new language to rvskin/cPanel

Hello,
I have a reseller Aluminium package. How cany I add a new language for my clients to their cPanel?
I can translate english language files to one I need, but where can I find these files and how to "activate" a new language?

you can use theme of your packages as any of starting with "RV..." and it should have more languages supported.

you client should be able to switch using the language dropdown in their cpanel.

yeah that is right, but my language - slovak - is not in supported languages. How can I add it?
