Hello Torin.
There are a couple of ways you can do that. The first is if you currently are using cpanel on your current host HostGator will move the account for you. Are you currently using cpanel? If not what are you using to control your webspace? |

If godaddy uses cpanel, then you can submit a ticket to HG and they can likely transfer your entire hosting account over. You can't move a cpanel account accross yourself as you require root access.
If godaddy doesn't use cpanel HG will still attempt to assist you in moving accross, but they can't always do it. Or if you understand your current site well and how to use FTP, you may be able to back it up and FTP it here yourself. As we don't know your knowledge level it's hard to comment further. Please be patient and bear in mind the current situation with Hurricane Ike as HG is located in Texas. Support at this time may take longer than you expect.
