I just signed up for a Host Gator account and feel compelled to comment about the live support chat.
After dealing with another major web host earlier today via live web help, I was absolutely delighted at the treatment I received from Host Gator's support staff. Unlike the almost robot-like formality, broken language, and wait times I encountered with my other (soon to be ex) web provider, Host Gator's representatives responded almost instantly and were friendly, professional, and easy to understand. I realize I can't yet speak to Host Gator's other services, but I must say that I'm already quite impressed by their support. I've struggled many times in the past with my other provider's so called "live help" so I truly appreciate what a breath of fresh air my HG experience has been. I hope this is a sign of good things to come. Keep up the good work! |
