New to Gatorhost Family-Question

I'm a new Silver Reseller to Gatorhost and am enjoying my experience thus far. Staff have been very helpful and responsive. I have read everything in the forums and help centers, and realize to gain access to the "reseller" forums for further guidence and help can take up to 48hrs, and I also realize the staff are extremely busy. I thought I would post here to see if there is anything further I can do to increase my ability to be granted access to this forum?

Welcome to HostGator! The staff are indeed very helpful! The auto forum account setup has been disabled due to a spammer, which is why you must wait about 48 hours. The only thing you can do after the 24-48 hours is to PM GatorJay with your account username, domain, server and forum username. Please do not PM him before then.

Thanks for your reply. It's been well over 48hrs so I messaged Jay this morning to gain access to the Reseller forum and hopefully soon i'll be able to gain access soon!.
