New Account but not too happy

Hello,

I signed up for a swamp account this morning (since I've heard nothing but good things from Host Gator)....

That was around 9:00.....

Then around 9:05 I sign up for an IP address add on.....

I speak to the support team via phone and they tell me I should have my IP address within 20 mins....

It's almost 2 hours now and nothing....

I can't use my hosting without the IP because of how my things are setup :-)

Don't mean to sound rude or anything -- I'm looking forward to a pleasurable experience!!!

Hello, the reason this took so long was because your account was still pending and we had not yet verified it as being fraud-free. Now that it is it should not take very long to get the IP address added to your account. You will receive an email back to your ticket once it is finished. In most cases this takes 15-20 minutes but this was a special situation.
