I want to know, how many day to last to active new account for resellers?

If you subscribe, your account will be activated and you will receive a confirmation mail with all your info within a few hours, if not within half an hour

Are you sure there isn't a spam filter blocking the mails coming from HostGator on the mail account you provided at subscription?
You could try to contact sales@hostgator.com with another mail account to be sure and include the info you provided when signing up (domain, username).
You can also call HostGator. See contact info.

I check my bulk mail but there is no confirmation mail in the bulk box.
I contact with support@hostgator.com and send my information (domain, name, last name,...) but I don't receive a confirmation mail yet.

do I need to to subscribe again?

Are you referring to your hosting account, or your forum account? Forum account activation may take up to 24 hours to validate, but your hosting account should be activated within 30 minutes. (longer if paying with PayPal)
