I never knew customer support until now.
  I switched to hostgator from 1&1 a while back, and I tell you what the customer service is night and day! No more waiting for emails, no more getting Idian tech support, and constant help! I do my work early in the morning, like 2 or 3am and if I need to chat, they're there! Gotta loe these guys. I surfed this forum before I bit on the gatorbait, and if whoever reads this is doing the same thing, I'm telling you that you WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!
